AWe provide private door-to-door transfers with professional Japanese drivers and luxury vehicles. Our services cover Narita International Airport, Haneda Airport, and any destination in Tokyo and beyond.

QWhy should I use your service?
AUnlike illegal operators, we are fully licensed and insured under Japanese law. This means your safety and comfort are guaranteed. We provide premium service at competitive rates, offering far more value than ordinary taxis.
QDo you pick up from hotels, residences, or Airbnb addresses?
AYes. We can pick up and drop off at any hotel, private residence, or Airbnb property in Tokyo and surrounding areas.
QWhere do I meet my driver at the airport?
AYour driver or airport greeter will be waiting for you inside the arrival lobby, holding a name board with your details. Unlike illegal operators who often leave guests searching, we guarantee a reliable meet-and-greet service.
QHow long is the trip to or from the airport?
ATravel time, of course, depends on traffic conditions. In general, it's smart to allow 50 to 90 minutes. However, because we provide all of our service in vans, we'll get you to the airport and back about as fast as a taxi, but at a much lower cost.
QHow much luggage can I bring?
A・Luxury Minivan (Toyota Alphard): Up to 12 large suitcases with 3 passengers; up to 5 large suitcases + several carry-ons with 7 passengers.
・Grand Cabin Van: Up to 20 large suitcases. This makes our service ideal for families, groups, or travelers with heavy luggage and shopping bags.
QCan you accommodate passengers with wheelchairs?
AYes. Our vehicles are suitable for wheelchair users.
・Toyota Alphard (Luxury Minivan): can carry 1 wheelchair without folding.
・Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin (Van): can carry up to 2 wheelchairs without folding. We can also handle heavy electric wheelchairs. Our drivers are trained and ready to assist with lifting and securing them safely. Please let us know your requirements in advance when booking so we can prepare the most suitable vehicle.
QDo you provide child seats?
AYes. Baby and booster seats are available upon request at the time of booking.
QHow do I arrange pickup at a hotel or residence in Tokyo?
AAdvance reservation is required at least 24 hours before travel. Please use our Booking Form to confirm your trip.
QWhat are your fares?

QWhy are your prices higher than booking platforms like Klook ?
AOur fares may appear higher than some online platforms, but this is because we operate 100% legally in Japan. By law, licensed limousine and taxi companies must:
・Use properly registered commercial vehicles (green license plates)
・Hire drivers who hold a Japanese professional chauffeur license (Class 2)
・Carry full-coverage commercial insurance for all passengers
・Comply with labor standards and tax obligations. Many low-cost operators avoid these obligations, which allows them to offer cheaper prices but exposes passengers to serious risks in case of an accident. Tokyo Airporter never compromises on safety, legality, or service quality.
QHow can I pay?
AWe accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and cash payments.
QDo you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
ANo. We track your flight status and adjust driver dispatch accordingly. You will not be charged extra for flight delays.
QWhat area do you cover?
AIn addition to Tokyo, Yokohama, and Tokyo Disney area, we provide transfers to Hakone, Atami, Nikko, ski resorts in Nagano and Niigata, and many other destinations across Japan.
QAre your vehicles insured?
AYes. All vehicles are fully insured and licensed as required by Japanese law. Unlike illegal “white plate” operators, who are uninsured and unqualified, our services are completely safe and reliable.
QDo your drivers speak English?
AAll of our drivers are licensed Japanese professionals. While they may not all be fluent in English, we provide full English support through our booking system, customer service, and confirmations. If needed, we can also arrange English-speaking drivers upon request.
QWhich airports do you cover?
AWe provide meet-and-greet services at Narita International Airport (NRT) and Haneda International Airport (HND).We are licensed and experienced in serving both airports, ensuring smooth and reliable transfers upon arrival.
