Hi there, Thank you for the opportunity to give some feedback. Our driver was amazing! He was front and centre when we came through customs making it easy to see him with our name on the sign. He then helped us with obtaining train IC cards (Pasmo Passport) in another terminal which was greatly appreciated. He promptly helped my wife and kids with their bags and showed us to the vehicle. The drive to our hotel was smooth and safe. Once we arrived he helped us exit the vehicle and retrieved our bags before checking that we hadn't left anything behind.
